Today we talk with Benjamin Corliss, who retired from his Navy career and transitioned to a second career in instructional design. Benjamin is currently a Training Manager with the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport in Keyport, Washington. Benjamin shares how his education and experiences in instructional design have helped to elevate the work that he and his team do to serve a variety of learners. Benjamin holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Southern Nazarene University and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Education in Administration and Leadership degree.
